Customer's satisfaction is undoubtedly amongst the most important targets of the mission that Fapim has always planned to achieve by constantly improving all the Company's manufacturing processes.

Fapim's quality control system is mainly engaged in both planning and running the Company's business process that is growing more and more effective, thus allowing the fulfillment of the expected goals.

Fixed route towards the achievement of said goals was the certification of our own quality control system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards.

This required six month's severe job for Fapim to revise most of its internal procedures, entitling the Company, in July 2003, to have this important certification issued by the Italian IMQ-CSQ certification body.

As everybody knows, the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification does not specifically refer to the manufactured products (whose quality is guaranteed by the numerous certificates issued by the most important European notified bodies), but to the way of "managing", through appropriate procedures, the various production stages thus leading the company to the achievement of a sole, unique goal: THE TOTAL QUALITY.

It's therefore to our great satisfaction that we inform our customers about this new development, feeling once more confident of their appreciation of the further efforts made in pursuing an ever increasing quality, in view of that "Constant Evolution" that always represented Fapim's entrepreneurial and productive philosophy, enough to become its official slogan.
