FP 12

FP12 punching machine for rod measuring, cutting and punching machine for Eurogroove profiles
Multi-purpose machine for processing the control rods of the GALIPLUS, GALIPLUS 2 and GALIPLUS 3 Tilt-and-Turn mechanisms. It cuts the rods to the required size and drills them. It also carries out the rivetting of the fastening pivots to the cremone-bolts and the pivots for the additional lockings. It consists of a pneumatic unit and a profile-holding support with the references for the different operations. It is also equipped with a lubrication group for the feeding air, a driving pedal and various tools. Also suitable for processing the rods to be used with the kit for outward opening wing (articles 1679, 1679A and 1681).

FP 13

FP-13 automatic punching machine for polyamide rods
Punching machine with bench, equipped with motor feed and automatic rod machining. The software it is equipped with allows rod machining according to window type.

FP 14

FP14 manual punching machine for polyamide rods
Punching machine with bench, equipped with adjustable beat for rod machining. It is suitable for manufacturing rods for either side-hung or Tilt and Turn windows.

FP 15

FP15 manual punching machine for curtain wall rods
Multi-purpose machine for processing the control rods of the mechanisms for curtain walls. It makes the rod cut to the required size and the drilling, the intermediate drilling for the additional locking point and the processing for the assembling and connection of the cremone handle. It consists of a pneumatic unit and of a metric rod equipped with stops for the different operations. It is also equipped with a lubrication group for the feeding air and a driving pedal. It can be combined with the base part no. 1686.

FP 16

The FP-16 punching machine has been designed, produced and tested to carry out the machining of the polyamide control rod for the GALIPLUS industrial mechanisms for tilt and turn and side-hung openings windows.
It is made up of:
- A die unit including bearing structure, die and processing punches.
- A cylinder unit including pneumatic actuator and driving pedal.
- A profile-holding unit including support and adjustable stops to determine rod length based on the type of frame to be installed.
